ReturnGlobal Resource, Inc. has the strongest warranty in the industry. All equipment, both new and refurbished, comes with a THREE YEAR advance replacement WARRANTY (5 years on select models). We send UPS to pick up any defective product and ship replacements via UPS 2-day service.
ReturnGlobal Resource, Inc. charges $11 per phone (for ash color), $15 per phone (for black color) or 20% of invoiced amount (whichever is greater) restocking fee on all returned orders. Shipping costs are not included in return fees and will be bourne by the buyer
ReturnPayment terms are 2%10 Net 30 with approval.We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.We also ship COD and accept faxed check.First time orders, and/or orders from unapproved buyers must be paid COD company check.
